HPL Tax Resources

Several HPL locations offer free tax help provided by dedicated AARP volunteers. See below for more information.

2019 Tax Forms
Last year, the IRS discontinued Form 1040A and Form 1040EZ and will continue to use only Form 1040 with schedule in 2020.  TFOP forms should include the 1040, 6 schedule forms, and a binder of reproducible forms, but customers should call locations to verify availability.  Tax forms are always available electronically on the IRS website.

Reproducible forms from previous years are also available online as well as at a few HPL locations.

We do not receive 1099 forms. You may view and/or print them from the IRS website

Library customers may also use public computers with Internet access available at all HPL locations to access tax forms via IRS's website.
