HPL has a variety of Book Clubs for all reading interests. Please check the Events Calendar or contact your neighborhood library for more information about its Book Clubs. Please check Kids, Tweens, and Teens Book Clubs if you're looking for something for younger readers.

  • Hip Hop Book Club (Not Your Typical Book Club)
    Stop by each month and join the fun! We'll listen to an album and analyze everything from the cover art to the beat behind the lyrics. We'll discuss its influence on hip-hop culture, the intended audience, and society. Whether you are a long-time fan or casual listener, this club is for all those that enjoy hip-hop music and its culture.
